This micro-credential focuses on identifying implicit bias and micro-aggressions, how they affect work within associations, and how to be a good ally.
Learning Objective: This micro-credential will focus on bolstering the understanding of association professional in how implicit biases and micro-aggressions affect work and communication internally and with members, and how association professionals can be allies and a support for communities suffering from biases and micro-aggressions.
